2019 Corsair standard Eco coach

I recently just owned a 2019 Corsair standard model and I'm confused about the Eco Coach display on the digital screen, it looks like a pie chart with a moving needle, but it's not very intuitive. Can anyone explain simply how it works? Thanks!

That pie chart with the needle is essentially a real time fuel economy score. The needle's position (and how many segments are 'lit up') tells you how efficiently you're driving right now

The needle moves around that pie chart to give you quick feedback, staying in the green zone means you're being fuel smart, while red means you're pushing too hard on gas or battery, basically just a visual way to help you adjust your driving style for better economy

Got it, thank you both for replying. Does the needle respond more to acceleration changes, or is it mostly based on steady speed and fuel consumption?
