I have had this 2022 Corsair for years, it's my baby. I'm thinking about switching my tire size from 20" to 18"
What do you think guys, is it a good idea?

I haven't tried it yet but based on what I've heard, that should be okay. it might not look quite as sporty with the smaller wheels though and it might not feel quite as sharp when turning corners very fast. but if you have no issues with that, then try it out! good luck with this project!

It depends on what you're after and how you drive. As @Mondassian89 If you're driving like you stole it, then stick to the 20s, because on 18s it will like a boat, but it will be more comfortable. If you ask me, the Corsair isn't particularly dynamic to drive and I think the 20s are overkill. Maybe you can consider 19s? it's a bit of a middle ground.

Also, most importantly, make sure to go for OEM sizes unless you plan to recalibrate the speedometer

I decided to go with a smaller SUV after getting tired of the rough city streets. The ride became way more comfortable, and honestly, I didn't really miss the sporty handling since I wasn't doing much cornering anyway. Just make sure to check the clearance and speedometer before you make the switch, you'll likely appreciate the smoother ride
