Corsair GT keeps prioritizing my sister's phone

Every time I start up my Corsair GT, it tries to connect to my sister's phone even when she's not in the car, if she is, it connects instantly and if not, I get a message saying it can't connect, and I have to manually switch to mine. On top of that, it moves the seat to her saved position, even though I'm the primary driver. I paired my phone first, I get all the vehicle notifications, and I drive it most of the time, I'm using a Pixel 8 Pro and she has a Moto G Power. Is there a way to make my phone the default and keep my driver settings? It's getting frustrating.

Yep, sounds like your sister's phone got set as the priority. Go into the Bluetooth or user profile settings and set your phone as the default. Also, make sure your seat position is saved to your driver profile and linked to your key or phone. If that doesnt fix it, try unpairing both phones and pairing yours first again.. it usually sorts out the priority issue.

Sounds like your Corsair is emotionally attached to your sister's phone. Just kidding. Agree with Chancey here, you can try deleting her profile and re-adding yours first to reset the pecking order. Fingers crossed your car learns who the real MVP is!

You can check if your driver profile is fully linked to your phone in the vehicle settings, or if her phone is set with higher connection priority in the Bluetooth or profile list

Hey all, I unpaired both phones, paired mine first, then linked it to my driver profile and key and now it connects to me by default and keeps my seat position every time.

Great! It seems that unpairing and then re-pairing in the correct order worked perfectly, this way, your profile and seat settings stay consistent.
